Sessions are done via Zoom. Please be sure to select the correct time zone for your appointment (this is important).

On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text message via the telephone number provided approx. 45 minutes prior to confirm you will be ready for your session.

 

​​At the time of your session, If there's no answer or no show on zoom, I will make a text message or phone call attempt to contact you.

There will be a 10 minute waiting period for you to respond. Thereafter, no response will result in a reschedule and automatically booked for the next available appointment.
